What you walk away with

The skill is in your hands. The certificate isn't yet.

You can run a straight course and turn a clean corner. What's stopping you is a qualification an Australian builder, licensing body or visa officer will accept. This course closes that gap. You'll finish able to:

  • Work from a set of plans and set the job out on the ground
  • Mix mortar to the right consistency and lay to line, level and gauge
  • Build straight walls, square corners and piers that pass inspection
  • Construct arches, curved walls and feature brickwork
  • Lay blockwork, reinforced walls and retaining walls
  • Cut and gauge bricks and finish joints with clean pointing
  • Run your section of a live site safely under Australian WHS rules
  • Walk away with CPC33020, a ticket that works in every state, not just where you trained
